My new blog on studying Japanese

I'm making this blog for myself to help with my Japanese studies. I don't know who will read this and if it would be of help to anyone.

僕は デニスです。

カナダの生まれ ですが 毎年、台灣と日本に行きます。そして、出張で よく アメリカとヨーロッパにも行きます。

実は コロナウイルスのせいで、 2020年2月から 台灣に住んでいます。

カナダは感染者數 が台灣より多いので、帰れませんでした。それに、カナダでは イベントが 制限されていますので 働けません。

また、日本のボーダーが閉まっていますので、 日本にも行けません。

僕は ミュージシャンです。 よく色々な國に行きます。だから、このコロナウイルスの狀況は、 僕にとってきついです。でも、みんな同じ狀況なので、 しかたないですね。

2018年10月から、日本語を勉強しています。色々な先生に教わりました。最近の先生と3ヶ月位勉強していて、たくさん新しい言葉を學んでいます。もしレッスンをやめたら その言葉を 全部 忘れてしまうんじゃないかと 心配です。だから、レッスンを続けた方がいいと思います。そして、自分で毎日勉強しなければいけません。

Translation

I am Denis.

I was born in Canada but go to Taiwan and Japan every year. Furthermore, I also frequently travel to the USA and Europe for work.

Actually, because of the Corona virus, I have been living in Taiwan since February 2020.

There are more infections in Canada than Taiwan so I can't go back. Furthermore, events in Canada are limited so I cannot work.

On top of that, because Japan has closed its borders, I cannot go there either.

I am a musician. I frequently travel to various countries. Therefore, the Corona situation is very difficult for me. However, it is the same situation for everyone, so it can't be helped.

Since October 2018, I have been studying Japanese. I have had various teachers. I have been studying with my latest teacher for about 3 months. I am learning a lot of new word. If I stop lesson, I am afraid I will forgot all these words. Therefore, I think I should continue the lessons. Furthermore, I also have to study every day on my own.
